Defu Sheng Powder Coatings Co.,Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise who are engaged in the development, production, sales and service of thermosetting powder coating. Being established in Guangdong Shunde in 2004, our company has one million registered capital. Our products are widely applied in various industrial fields such as building material, general industry, household appliance, automobile and IT industry.

From 2004 to 2010, we have increased production lines from one to six in Wusha Sancun industrial zone, capacity increasing from 20 TS/m to 300 TS/m. We move to our new factory in March, 2010, with our production lines increasing from the original 6 lines to 11. Besides that, we equip with Bonding testing and manufacturing equipment, capacity increasing from 300 TS/m to 800 TS/m.

Since our operation, our production and business develop quickly on the basis of powerful management strength. Our staffs reaches more than 100 people now, and our annual production can be up to 10,000 tons. The 80% ~90% of resin in raw material adopts the DSM and CYTEC products while 10% ~ 20% of them adopts centerline method resin (the origin Hangzhou AKZO) in order to ensure the stability of products' high quality. Our company possesses advanced equipment, complete testing methods, solid technology strength, especially a number of all kinds of technicians and management talents who are engaged in the production and service of powder coating for many years. We have set a special team for research and development so as to customerize products to customers' need. Every production process, from raw material to finished products, has been strictly inspected and tested to ensure the quality control of products further. In the aluminium section, our company has set up relationship with many domestic fomous brand enterprises, like Guangdong Xingfa, Fujian Nanping, HK Yonglijian Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. We also have built five-years partnership with Shuhua Sports Products Limited Company, the domestic well-known sports equipment brand enterprise, in the sports equipment section.
